Welcome to the student's area!
Student Councillors - Future
Each year, approximately 14-16 Senior students are selected by the staff to be on the Student Council. This group are similar to the Prefect system adopted by secondary schools. These students act as role models for the rest of the school as well as taking on positions of responsibility such as office duty,
canteen duty, organising Discos and Socials, and acting as guides for visitors. They are
Year 8 students who are groomed to be future leaders and are expected to be positive in their attitude.
They can be recognised in a Student Council polo shirt, with a badge.
We also groom future leaders through many other programmes from as young
as Year 5. Responsibilities include House Leaders and Deputy Leaders,
Road Patrollers, Peer Mediators, Librarians, Photographers etc.
From this page we aim to point you and our students towards some interesting and enjoyable websites that will help
students learn new things or help you to successfully complete your homework
or assignment requirements.
Note: All of the following websites have been checked to be appropriate for all ages. But
as with any internet website we still recommend that a parent/guardian supervise children's surfing as it is always possible to accidentally leave the intended site.
